Today was the first time I had an egg bake. I didnt know what an egg bake was beforehand, and Im not sure much about how you make it now either. All I know is that it is delicious!! It had a hashbrown base with green pepper and cheese in the egg bake, which can best be described as a casserole. Its such an amazing breakfast food that blew my mind! Definitely recommend it to all who dont know. . . Today was a long day filled with sessions and ministry worked. It wore me out, no question about it. Does it excite me though? Of course! Especially with our first practice retreat quickly approaching, I’m beyond ready and excited to get after it!
