  • Minnesota Twins Game!! (Boomstick, sat with half of team, left in 7th inn)

Man the game was incredible!! The Minnesota Twins baseball organization bought all of the missionaries tickets, and we got seats right next to the left field pole! I sat with Roni, Jakob, Sarah and Monica, as well as members of Teams 10, 4, 6, and 13. When we entered into the stadium, we saw a kiosk called the Boomstick. It only served one thing: 2ft long hotdogs. Jakob and I really, REALLY wanted it. So we decided to split this monster of a dog during the 3rd inning, which also included chili, nacho cheese, and jalapeños. Now, Jakob is a big guy, former offensive lineman, that eats ALOT. I eat alot, but not as much as Jakob. Heck, I should never eat as much as him. But I still did, just took me alot of time. It took him 5 minutes to finish his foot, it took me 30 minutes and a bottle of water. It was hilarious too because every time we stood up to move out of someone’s way, many people saw and questioned our pail I carried that the hotdog came in. No doubt in my mind though it was a great decision well worth every bite of the experience. If you ever buy it, please split with more than 1 person, or else it may go to waste.
